What will you do as a 3D Measuring Technician in Geldrop?
Daily, you will ensure the quality of all manufactured products using 3D measuring machines. With your keen eye for detail, no error escapes the measuring room. Under the motto ‘measuring is knowing’, you perform varied and challenging measurement tasks with precision.
Your responsibilities:
- Independently program the Mitutoyo CMM measuring machines using Mcosmos / Polyworks.
- Perform measurements manually or using the measuring machines.
- Prepare and complete measurement reports and first product approvals.
- Provide input for FMEAs and handle complaints (customer/internal and suppliers) using 8D reports.
- Support the Quality Manager in creating 8D reports.
