What will you do as a CNC milling machine in Eindhoven region?

As a CNC Milling Engineer you will work within a dynamic and innovative organization. You are responsible for setting up, operating and optimizing CNC milling machines. You ensure that high-quality precision mechanical parts are accurately produced.

Your responsibilities:

• Taking care of the first production run and measuring the parts before handing over to an operator.
• Placing selected tools in the machine and tracking tool life.
• Reading out the programs provided by the Programmer and making modifications if necessary.
• Construction of fixtures.
• Monitor and improve the production process.
• Thinking along in how to produce as efficiently as possible.
• Working closely with colleagues on the shop floor, including the Programmer, Operators and Quality staff to work together to achieve a perfect final product.

• A gross monthly salary between €3000 and €3900, depending on your experience and skills.

Working Hours

You will work in a 2-shift system, with working hours alternating. This ensures a good work-life balance. You have 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days to enjoy your time off.
