What will you be doing as a CNC Turner?

As a CNC Turner in 's-Hertogenbosch, you are responsible for turning various components on CNC turning machines. You work with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls and program the machines with Hypermill. You will work on medium and large products and ensure accurate tolerances down to 0.005mm. In this role you will work day shift and have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies in an innovative environment.

Your responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC turning machines with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls.
• Programming CNC machines with Hypermill.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specified tolerances.
• Maintain and clean machines and tools.
• Document production data and report deviations to supervisor.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve production efficiency.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the machines.
