What will you be doing as a CAD/CAM Programmer?

In the role of CAD/CAM Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, programming and optimizing production processes using TopSolid 7. You will work on small-scale projects where precision and quality are of great importance. You will program and set up CNC machines working with Siemens and Heidenhain controls. Your responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes with TopSolid 7.
• Programming of CNC machines with Siemens and Heidenhain controls.
• Monitor and adhere to production specifications and quality standards.
• Support the production department on technical issues.
• Improve existing processes for higher efficiency.
• Testing and modifying software to ensure optimal performance.
• Documenting process flows and software.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.

What do we offer?

• A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,500, depending on your experience and skills.
• A permanent contract from day one.
• 8% vacation pay.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

• Clothing allowance for work clothes and personal protective equipment.

Working Hours

You will work a day shift with flexible start times, allowing for a good work-life balance. You have 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days to enjoy your time off.
