What will you do as a 5-axis Milling/Programmer in Schijndel?

As a 5-axis Frezer/Programmer you will work on fine mechanical products from 10mm to 100mm with high accuracy. Our products are produced in both small and larger series quantities.

In short, your duties include:

• Set up and possibly program various CNC milling machines.
• Perform quality checks using the appropriate hand measuring tools and CCM.
• Production optimization of existing production and manufacturing processes.
• Keeping abreast of new machining techniques and tools.
• Thinking along in improving process and quality.

In this position you will work in a team of 10-15 colleagues and report to a team leader. Your working hours will be Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:15 pm. Friday from 7:30 am to 3:15 pm.

What do you bring?

• A completed technical education (e.g. direction of machining or mechanical engineering) and/or demonstrable experience with machining operations.
• Experience reading technical drawings.
• Experience with programming, preferably with Heidenhain and/or Hypermill (not a must!).
